GoCart™
What do you do when you need immediate answers?

In today’s fast-paced business world, companies need timely answers to their critical business questions.

Using our handheld GoCart computers, Gongos Research can meet this need for immediate consumer input without compromising data accuracy or integrity.

What is GoCart?

Gongos’ Computer-Assisted Research Technology computers are lightweight, wireless and simple for respondents to use. They are typically used in central location (clinic) environments to gather quantitative – and qualitative – data for a variety of purposes. Applied in this way, the end results are in-depth and actionable findings.

Due to their portability, GoCart computers are also valuable to gather consumer reactions to in-store environments. And we have successfully used them as a component of qualitative research sessions – with the data immediately fed to the moderator to drive the course of the discussion.

Our handheld computer technology is user-friendly, allowing for easy, intuitive respondent interfacing – much like a Web-based survey.
Specific applications may include:
  • Product ideas and insights evaluations
  • Concept and product evaluation research
  • Advertising and promotions evaluations
  • Naming studies
  • Retail and merchandising evaluations
  • Conjoint tests
