Usability Test Lab
Need to research your Web site in a usability test lab?
Gongos Research can also provide clients the ability to conduct Web site usability tests in our lab, which includes:
- A computer for the respondent's use that includes a 17" monitor and high-speed Internet connection
- A picture-in-picture view of the respondent's face and the computer monitor in the observation room
- Videotaping of the picture-in-picture view
- A one-way mirror, which allows observers to view the respondents directly
